1. Subscription & Access

1.1 Membership Plans – We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. You will have access to digital resources, video content, and exclusive member materials for the duration of your active subscription.
1.2 Account Use – Your subscription is for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
1.3 Content Updates – We update resources monthly, and materials available in the past may not always remain accessible.

2. Payment & Billing

2.1 Billing Cycle – Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. Payments are processed automatically on the renewal date.
2.2 Pricing & Changes – We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel if you do not wish to continue under the new pricing.
2.3 Taxes – Prices are listed in NZD and include GST where applicable.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Cancellation Policy – You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
3.2 Refunds – We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods. Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
3.3 Failure to Pay – If payment is unsuccessful, your access may be suspended until payment is received.

4. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

4.1 Copyright & Licensing – All content within The Play Toolbox is the property of Longworth Education Ltd and is protected by copyright laws.
4.2 Permitted Use – You may use resources for personal classroom use only. Materials may not be shared, redistributed, or resold in any form.
4.3 Breach of Terms – Unauthorised use may result in termination of access and legal action if necessary.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

5.1 Data Collection – We collect and store your personal details only for account management and communication purposes. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2 Third-Party Payments – All transactions are securely processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your financial information.

6. Limitation of Liability
